This week’s Facebook Live showcased the Field & Flower DSP. It is a great pack of patterned-paper. Also showcased was the So Sentimental Bundle. The best part is that the DSP is FREE during Sale-a-bration!!!!
I started with this pretty thank you card. It uses approximately a half sheet of DSP. This paper is just stunning. I scored it and folded it into a trifold card. That yellow strip of polka dots peeking out is actually the backside of the DSP. So pretty!
I stamped the So Sentimental stamp set thank you sentiment in Cherry Cobbler on Basic White Cardstock and then die-cut it out with a die from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. The gingham bow compliments the paper so nicely.
Here is the finished card spread open so you can see the inside. I decided to add a piece of Basic White cardstock inside framed with a piece of Bumblebee Cardstock so that I could write a nice note inside.
The second card I made didn’t have a back layer of cardstock. I made it to send to a friend. The greeting on the front is also from the So Sentimental stamp set. It was stamped in Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink as well. This time I used a different die-cut label, but it was also from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. The fold dimensions are slightly altered to account for not having that back panel of cardstock.
I love the placement of the gingham bow on this card and the cute scalloped rectangle makes me smile.
The inside of the card also has a piece of Basic White Cardstock and layered in Bumblebee Cardstock. It leaves plenty of room to include a nice note. Check below for the supplies used for tonight’s prpojects.
