This week’s Facebook Live showcased the Under My Umbrella stamp set located on page 20 of the Annual Catalog. It is a Stamp Set that will be retiring on May 3, 2021. Not only is this stamp set adorable, but when paired with the Playing with Patterns DSP it is extra special! These two cards were made on my Facebook Live tonight. What do you think? The colors I used are listed below. Click on any or all the colors, and be taken to my shop to see the products that come in those colors.
The first card I created is a sweet card that plays on the sentiment included in the set that says, ” Showered with Love.” Doesn’t it just look fantastic! I paired it with a retiring set of dies called Stitched Be Mine Dies. I used one of the dies to create the shower of hearts on the front of this adorable card. I also used a pretty Embossing folder called Ornate Floral 3D to create the pretty flower background. Here are some close-up pictures.
Look at all the details on this card. Each element of the card helps to create the story of the shower of love! From the spray of hearts to the scalloped side border, even the floral embossed background tells a story.
But, I didn’t stop there! I carried the theme to the inside of the card as well. The hearts are also overflowing out of the matching rain boots. The umbrella and the rain boots use the same adorable polka dot DSP. Playing with Patterns 6″ x 6″ DSP is just darling on this card!

The second project used the slightly closed umbrella image. I used the same pretty colors and added an extra one to the mix. This card doesn’t use the heart dies or the floral embossing folder but instead, it uses stamped flowers and a strip of the Playing with Patterns DSP. See the pics below for more close-up details.
I added another umbrella to the inside of this card to bring the outside in.
